ART

POA

Kelly is a contemporary surrealist artist, using automatic drawing to delve into the subconscious and explore deeper layers of self-awareness. “My creative process begins with a focal point, which then evolves organically through automatism. Art is not just a form of expression for me but also a spiritual practice—a way to connect with the universe and uncover hidden realms of understanding. I also find joy in illustrating children’s books, bringing imaginative worlds to life through my artistic perspective”.

The Power of Art

Art has a profound ability to heal, offering individuals a unique, non-verbal outlet to process emotions, reduce stress, and gain a deeper understanding of oneself. Engaging in creative activities stimulates the brain’s reward pathways, releasing dopamine and promoting feelings of happiness and relaxation. Studies show that creating art can help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, while enhancing overall mental well-being (Stuckey & Nobel, 2010). Through its transformative power, art serves as a bridge to inner peace, personal growth, and emotional balance.
